Staff was very accommodating. They went out of their way to be helpful. They were a delight! The hotel was doing some remodeling, and staff made sure to accommodate the inconvenience.

Convenient location for business in that part of Little Rock . Clean and comfortable room with all the amenities you expect . Staff was friendly and professional . Facilities were well maintained . Parking was well lit for after dark arrival and overnight security

Room was very clean with lots of space. Beds were extremely comfortable with lots of pillows. Would have liked to have more meal options. Check-in staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Staff was awesome from Front Desk to Bistro. Was there for a family reunion and everyone enjoyed the room. Bed was comfortable and hotel was quiet. Will definitely use this hotel each trip!

I was given a room with handicapped facilities which was not user friendly to me. The hair dryer outer frame was seriously broken, which should not be put out for use with safety concern. Some of the electric plugs are not working. There are no electric plug on the working desk that was not convenient for me to work in the room.

Called to confirm reservation the day before & that morning, when I got there to check in the hotel had cancelled my room! Had to look for another hotel at 11:30pm!!!
